It guarantees you dedicated, unhurried, and exhaustive time with our Senior Clinicians or weekend Medical Doctors. There are no hidden administrative or paperwork charges.
Will I be charged for every medical consumable used?
No. At St. Hellen Memorial Clinic, we completely reject "itemized billing shocks." If you require a short-stay premium recovery bed, your package price covers all baseline consumables like gloves, syringes, and fresh linens. If any specialized medications, laboratory diagnostics, or high-resolution ultrasound scans are recommended during your stay, our team will explicitly state the cost for your approval before they are administered.

What happens if I am running late or need to reschedule?

If you miss your exact slot, we will not cancel your appointment; instead, we will gently weave you into the next available gap without rushing the patients before or after you.
How do I access my laboratory or ultrasound scan results?
True to our digital-first standard, all your high-resolution ultrasound scans and laboratory diagnostics are uploaded securely to our patient portal. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with a link to view, download, or share your digital records from home within hours of your tests.
