How much does a doctor-led consultation cost?
We operate on a transparent, flat-rate consultation fee model. Because we believe in absolute clinical integrity, this fee is paid upfront at our front reception desk before you see your medical professional. It guarantees you dedicated, unhurried, and exhaustive time with our Senior Clinicians or weekend Medical Doctors. There are no hidden administrative or paperwork charges.
Will I be charged for every medical consumable used?
No. At St. Hellen Memorial Clinic, we completely reject "itemized billing shocks." If you require a short-stay premium recovery bed, your package price covers all baseline consumables like gloves, syringes, and fresh linens. If any specialized medications, laboratory diagnostics, or high-resolution ultrasound scans are recommended during your stay, our team will explicitly state the cost for your approval before they are administered.

Can I walk into the clinic along Kobs Road without an appointment?

If you walk in, you are welcome to relax in our premium lounge with a complimentary beverage while our team coordinates the next open slot for you.
What happens if I am running late or need to reschedule?
We understand that traffic along Kobs Road or changing schedules happen. If you are running late, please let our team know via our floating WhatsApp concierge line. If you miss your exact slot, we will not cancel your appointment; instead, we will gently weave you into the next available gap without rushing the patients before or after you.
How do I access my laboratory or ultrasound scan results?
True to our digital-first standard, all your high-resolution ultrasound scans and laboratory diagnostics are uploaded securely to our patient portal. You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with a link to view, download, or share your digital records from home within hours of your tests.
